1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77ba ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your use of the 77ba website, all games and betting products available on it, and all related services including the cashier, account management, and customer support functions.

By registering an account on the 77ba platform, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on any game or sporting event, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you accept them without reservation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 77ba platform and must close your account immediately.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full 77ba platform, you must register an account by providing a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number and setting a password. You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if any of it changes.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (phone number and password). You must not share your login details with any other person. 77ba will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify 77ba customer support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• Each player may hold only one account. If you have forgotten your password, use the platform's password reset function, which will deliver a one-time verification code to your registered mobile number. Do not create a new account because you cannot access your existing one.
• 77ba reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account if it reasonably suspects that the account registration information is false, the account belongs to a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria, or the account is being operated in breach of these Terms.

All communications from 77ba, including account verification messages, password resets, and promotional notifications, will be sent to the mobile number you provided at registration. It is your responsibility to ensure that number remains accessible and active.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

77ba offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are issued to the account that made the qualifying deposit and may not be transferred between accounts. Bonuses are non-exchangeable for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• 77ba reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to a player's account, it may not be withdrawn by 77ba except in cases where the bonus was awarded in error or where these Terms have been breached.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day are time-limited and expire on the date specified in the promotion details. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
• Players who abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk hedging strategies, or artificially inflating wagering volume — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may have their accounts permanently suspended.

7. Responsible Gaming

77ba is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is intended exclusively for adult entertainment and must not be used as a source of income or financial relief. The following responsible gaming conditions apply to all accounts:

• Players may request deposit limits, session time limits, or a temporary account time-out at any time by contacting 77ba customer support. Once set, deposit limits may only be decreased immediately; increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the 77ba platform may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, the player's account will be closed and they will be unable to re-register for the period of the self-exclusion, which is a minimum of six months.
• If you believe that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, mental health, or personal relationships, we strongly encourage you to seek help immediately. 77ba will never pressure any player to continue gambling. Players in Bangladesh who need support may contact the National Mental Health Helpline or speak to a trusted healthcare professional.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 77ba platform. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and even if 77ba has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77ba does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond 77ba's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. 77ba is not liable for any losses you incur as a direct result of platform downtime, provided that 77ba takes reasonable steps to restore service as promptly as practicable.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and general principles of commercial law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 77ba platform, you should first contact 77ba customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 77ba is committed to addressing player complaints promptly and fairly. If an informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of your initial complaint, the matter may be escalated through such dispute resolution procedures as are available under the applicable regulatory framework.
